Sources in the Gaza Strip reported Tuesday that three Palestinians working in a tunnel on the Rafah border were killed after Egyptian security forces flooded it with sewage water.
The three were declared missing on Sunday night. Gaza's rescue services spokesman said that they were still alive when they found Tuesday morning but died shortly after being taken to hospital.
