Trump -psykoosi

Mm. Comey toiminut selkeästi vastoin FBI:n ohjeita. Joku normijamppa voisi saada 10v kevyesti näistä tempuista, jos hänet päätettäisiin heittää bussin alle.

Eivät ole senaattoreita.

Usassa on kaksikamarinen parlamentti.

Lawyers for President Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen withdrew defamation lawsuits late Wednesday against BuzzFeed and the political research firm Fusion GPS related to a dossier that included claims Cohen helped organize Russian interference into the 2016 presidential election.

The lawsuits would have required Cohen to submit to an evidence discovery process, forcing him to produce documentation and sworn testimony about his activities before the closely contested election.

Among other things, the dossier alleged that Cohen had traveled to Prague and met with Russian operatives. Cohen has repeatedly denied the allegation, including in a text message Thursday morning. The assertion came from research conducted by former British spy Christopher Steele, who was working for Fusion GPS

Former Playboy model Karen McDougal has proof of her alleged affair with Donald Trump, and is prepared to sue the president if he calls her a liar, McDougal’s lawyer said Thursday.

“There is evidence and there are plenty of witnesses who were around at the time who know that this happened,” attorney Peter Stris told MSNBC. “The question is not, ‘Did the relationship happen?’ But, ‘What happened afterwards? What was the cover-up? Was she manipulated?’ And that's what this lawsuit has always been about.”

McDougal and American Media Inc., owners of the National Enquirer tabloid, reached a settlement Wednesday that will free her from a contract that barred her from openly discussing her alleged affair with Trump, according to court documents.

She sued in March to be released from an agreement that gave the Enquirer exclusive rights to her story about alleged romantic encounters with Trump — a story they never published — which effectively kept her silent about the relationship.

Viimeksi muokattu:
Syyksi ilmoitetiin varautuminen Muellerin erottamiseen jolloin vuorokauden sisällä on odotettavissa laajoja mielenosoituksia.
Pittsburgh’s police department found itself in the spotlight Thursday because of a few key words in an email from a head detective: President Donald Trump, special counsel Robert Mueller and riot gear.

The email, sent Wednesday by Major Crimes Commander Victor Joseph, asked detectives who wear plain clothes to bring uniforms and “riot gear” to work in case President Donald Trump fires special counsel Robert Mueller and detectives are needed to help monitor possible protests. The email was reported by WTAE and confirmed by Pittsburgh’s mayor.

“We have received information of a potential large scale protest in the Central Business District,” the email from Joseph begins.

“There is a belief that President Trump will soon move to fire Special Prosecutor Mueller. This would result in a large protest within 24 hours of the firing,” Joseph wrote. Because of this, “all Major Crimes detectives are required to bring a full uniform and any issued protective equipment (riot gear) with them to work until further notice,” he wrote.

The measures were precautionary, Joseph wrote. “We may be needed to assist in the event that there is a large scale protest,” he said in the email.

AP sai käsiinsä Comeyn muistiot joissa Trump mm. kyseenalaistaa Michael Flynnin arvostelukyvyn, puhuu toimittajien vangitsemisesta ja kertoo tapaamisesta Putinin kanssa jossa Putin kertoi Venäjällä olevan maailman kauneimpiin kuuluvat prostituoidut.
In a series of startlingly candid conversations, President Donald Trump told former FBI Director James Comey that he had serious concerns about the judgment of a top adviser, asked about the possibility of jailing journalists and described a boast from Vladimir Putin about Russian prostitutes, according to Comey’s notes of the talks obtained by The Associated Press on Thursday night.

The 15 pages of documents contain new details about a series of interactions with Trump that Comey found so unnerving that he chose to document them in writing. Those seven encounters in the weeks and months before Comey’s May 2017 firing include a Trump Tower discussion about allegations involving Trump and prostitutes in Moscow; a White House dinner at which Comey says Trump asked him for his loyalty; and a private Oval Office discussion where the ex-FBI head says the president asked him to end an investigation into Michael Flynn, the former White House national security adviser.

The memos cover the first three months of the Trump administration, a period of upheaval marked by staff turnover, a cascade of damaging headlines and revelations of an FBI investigation into potential ties between the Trump campaign and Russia. The documents reflect Trump’s uneasiness about that investigation, though not always in ways that Comey seemed to anticipate.

In a February 2017 conversation, for instance, Trump told Comey how Putin told him, “we have some of the most beautiful hookers in the world” even as the president adamantly, and repeatedly, distanced himself from a salacious allegation concerning him and prostitutes in Moscow, according to one memo.

In another memo, Comey recounts how Trump at a private White House dinner pointed his fingers at his head and complained that Flynn, his embattled national security adviser, “has serious judgment issues.” The president blamed Flynn for failing to alert him promptly to a congratulatory call from a world leader, causing a delay for Trump in returning a message to an official whose name is redacted in the documents.

Trump palkkasi Rudy Giulianin asianjajajoukkoonsa, Giulianin tehtävänä on saada Muellerin tutkinta lopetetuksi.
Former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and two other former federal prosecutors joined President Trump’s legal team Thursday following weeks of turbulence and struggles to find attorneys who would agree to represent the president in the ongoing federal probe into Russian election interference.

The reshuffling comes at a particularly tense juncture for Trump, who aides said is increasingly frustrated by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation and with the senior officials at the Justice Department.

The entry of Giuliani, an experienced attorney with a combative reputation, immediately raises questions about how Trump will engage with Mueller and the leadership at Justice. Some Trump advisers are concerned that the president could use his executive authority to close or diminish the special counsel probe, which has spawned a parallel investigation in New York targeting his personal attorney.

“I’m doing it because I hope we can negotiate an end to this for the good of the country and because I have high regard for the president and for Bob Mueller,” Giuliani said in an interview Thursday.

Mike Pompeolla on hyvät mahdollisuudet tulla historian ensimmäiseksi ulkoministeriehdokkaaksi jota senaatin ulkopoliittinen komitea ei suosittele tehtävään. Republikaaneilla on komiteassa yhden jäsenen enemmistö ja Rand Paul on jo ilmoittanut ettei äänestä Pompeon puolesta, demokraattijäsenet yhtä lukuunottamatta ovat ilmoittaneet äänestävänsä Pompeota vastaan.
President Donald Trump's pick for secretary of state, CIA director Mike Pompeo, is facing stiff opposition to his becoming the nation's top diplomat - and it may be unprecedented.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee is set to vote on Pompeo’s nomination on Monday and right now it's not clear if he has the votes to receive a positive recommendation.

If the Senate panel rejects Pompeo’s nomination – and it’s looking increasingly likely that it will – it would be a first.

Never before in at least a century has a secretary of state nominee received an unfavorable recommendation from the Foreign Relations Committee, according to information provided by the Senate Historical Office.

“We have found no case of a Secretary of State nominee receiving other than a favorable report by the Committee on Foreign Relations,” the Historical Office confirmed in an e-mail.

Pompeo will still get a vote before the full Senate even with an unfavorable recommendation.

"He (Trump) said he had spoken to people who had been on the miss universe trip with him and they had reminded him that he didn't stay over night in russia for that. He said he arrived in the morning, did events, then showered and dressed for the pageant at the hotel (he didn't say the hotel name) and left for the pageant. Afterwards, he returned only to get his things because they departed for New York by plane that same night.

He said he thought maybe he should ask me to investigate the whole thing to prove it was a lie. I did not ask any questions. I replied that it was up to him, but I wouldn't want to create a narrative that we were investigating him, because we are not and I worried such a thing would be misconstrued. I also said that it is very difficult to disprove a lie. He said "maybe you're right", but several times asked me to think about it and said he would also think about it."

On kyllä omituista tekstiä syylliseltä.

Saattaa yksi harvoista asioista, joista Putin saattaa jopa puhua totta...
