Army's internal report reveals serious incidents in the regiment in Skövde.
The report deals with events that took place last winter in pansarregimentet P4 in Skövde.
Shot indoors
Two soldiers were faced with a practice no training in how to deal with a rocket propelled grenades. Yet, they wanted to test on, inside the barracks, says Swedish radio news. This led to a shot fired inside, and a flame shot out the rear.
On another occasion with another company, at a practice in violation of firing, the soldiers shot by mistake their cars, with live ammunition.
In a tumult wounded a soldier of a sleeve in the head.
They involved the soldiers could no punishment, because the events were not notified in time to the personnel committee.
Army: "It is nedbemanningen"
The Army argues that the economic cutbacks in the military is to blame. With more administrative tasks on their tables, it leads to the officers and platoon commanders can no longer be as present at the soldiers' training, they say.

The second equally important objective was to spread the excellence of the army paratroopers always stood for the other units and schools in Armed Forces
