Under the cover of night, assault groups entered the village. The soldiers concentrated in the half-destroyed houses of Semenivka, took positions, shelters and waited for morning. When it began to dawn, they began clearing the village of the enemy.

The occupiers immediately opened fire on the soldiers with a 120-mm mortar, but the attack aircraft did not stop their movement and continued to advance, shooting at the enemy and cooperating with the "eyes in the sky" - brigade drones. House after house, the enemy was knocked out with bullets and grenades.

Battle from the night sky: unique shots of the raid on the enemy position from the Third Assault
Night departure of fighters of the special purpose group "Olad Team" of the Third Assault Brigade to carry out a combat mission in the Avdiiv direction. Footage of the battles and comments of the participants of the operations recorded by a night vision device. Fighters go to the location in Avdiivka, from where it is necessary to knock out the enemy. The territory of the garage cooperative is half controlled by the enemy. Having dispersed in sectors, the fighters began to fire.

Subsequently, the task is updated: it is necessary to destroy the shelters of the occupiers to create a buffer zone between the enemy infantry and our positions. The fighters cope with it successfully, eliminating the enemy's accumulation point, where the enemy was concentrating forces to carry out assault actions. About 10 occupiers were also killed as a result of the fire raid.

After that, groups of fighters are redeployed to the private sector of Orlivka to strengthen the positions of adjacent units in order to repel the enemy assault. Battles were fought in dilapidated houses of the village. The occupiers tried to enter from the flank, but having promptly reacted to the threat, the soldiers stopped the enemy's attempt with fire. As a result, the enemy lost about 30 personnel, more than 10 were destroyed during a shooting battle.

"I am satisfied with the boys, many of them had no combat experience, there was even one 18-year-old fighter who showed himself very cool", - the platoon sergeant summed up the results of the night raid.

POWERFUL EXPLOSION! Destruction of Russian minefields using UR-77 "Meteorit"

14 such tanks were received by the 82nd separate amphibious assault brigade, which has been engaging them in combat operations for a year.
Although the Challenger 2 is considered one of the most advanced tanks, its use in a full-scale war proved to be quite limited.
"You go - you rest. This is not Soviet equipment - it is European, completely different," praises Challenger 2 Sergey, the senior mechanic-driver of the platoon.
Ukrainian tankers also note the security of Challenger 2. One of the tanks was blown up by a mine, but survived.
At the same time, security makes the Challenger 2 one of the heaviest modern tanks and makes it difficult to use it on the battlefield in Ukraine.
"It's hard for him to drive because he's heavy and the soil can't withstand it," explains tank company commander Volodymyr.
In addition, to the unique Challenger 2 cannon, Ukrainian tankers received armor-piercing high-explosive shells, which are used exclusively for the destruction of enemy equipment and are inappropriate for the destruction of infantry positions. This makes the use of the tank quite limited in Ukraine.
"The machine is cool, but it is sharpened for only one purpose - to hit heavy armored vehicles," summarizes the role of Challenger 2 tanker Volodymyr.
