Uusi taistelijan ase

Minusta aika rohkea veto tuoda uusi ase markkinoille.

Onpa taas helppo hankkia.

Edit: Ja tuo G36-lipas yhteensopiva rakenne on iso juttu päätöksiä tehtäessä (kuten luonnollisesti kotimaisuusaste). Mikä kilpailija tarjoaa G36 lippailla toimivaa modernia kivääriä?

The HK433 - The new gun family from Heckler & Koch

With the HK433, Heckler & Koch is launching a new - and thus the fourth - rifle family which, due to its concept and the technical features, can calculate very good chances as a successor candidate to the Bundeswehr G36 from 2019 onwards. The HK433 unites the battle-assaulting Sturmgewehrfamilien G36 and HK416 in a new Sturmgewehrsystem.

The handling and function of the HK433 was taken over by the manufacturer of the G36. These include the shutter and magazine release, the firing lever, the adjustable and foldable shoulder rest, as well as the reliability and functional reliability of the G36 and appreciated by the soldiers under all battle field conditions. The HK416 is the result of far-reaching precision in extreme scenarios and modularity. In detail the piping structure and its reception were transferred to the HK433. Furthermore, Heckler & Koch emphasized the separation of the upper and lower parts of the housing in order to be able to offer both operating concepts (G36 and HK416). The long and continuous sighting bar (according to NATO STANAG 4694) of the monolithic housing shell, the low visibility line, the magazine shaft according to NATO STANAG 4179 (Draft) and the hand protection with the Bundeswehr standardized keyhole interface "HKey" are further components found in the HK433 . Lastly, as well as the quality requirements of the manufacturer, the HK433 covers functionally and reliably the temperature range defined by NATO - from extremely hot temperatures to extreme cold. The HK433 thus does not have a predecessor but two, of which the best features were to be combined in order to realize a new system optimized to the needs of the users. The arms weight - with the average 16.5 "pipe length - is only around 3.5 kg.

Weapon family - calibers and barrels

The HK433 in the standard caliber 5.56 mm x 45 forms the basis of a whole Sturmgewehr family. Other calibers such as 7.62mm NATO (HK231), .300 Blackout and 7.62mm x 39 Kalashnikov (HK123) are already considered conceptually according to the manufacturer. The tubing lengths are flexibly selectable - in caliber 5.56mm NATO these are: 11 ", 12.5", 14.5 ", 16.5", 18.9 "and 20" - and can be used for the respective application to users Or repair level. The pipes are cold-hammered, hardened and hard chromium plated on the inside. According to the manufacturer, the duration of the Heckler & Koch gun barrels could be considerably increased by means of optimization measures compared to the already very robust predecessors. In addition, the pipes are equipped as standard with a further developed and tool-free adjustable gas removal for operation with a signature damper as well as an interface for the 40mm mounted grenade launchers HK269 and GLM / GLMA1. A bayonet holder can be attached to the pipes as an option. Regarding the principle of operation, the HK433 is an indirect gas pressure loader with short-stroke gas piston system. The upper part of the case is made of high-strength aluminum and has a complete, precise sighting bar according to NATO STANAG 4694. With maximum length and low visibility, all market-available sighting devices and night vision attachments can be installed. In addition, there is a maintenance-free and - according to Heckler & Koch - a non-manipulable shot counter within the housing, from which the weapon data can be transmitted wirelessly. "The integrated G36 closure guide of the housing top ensures a consistently high functional reliability and reliability of the weapon. Constructively, the closure is based on that of the G36, but it is equipped with a safety catch as well as self-lubricating sliding elements, "is the manufacturer's description.

Integrated closing aid, non-continuous through-loading lever and "secured charging"

"The laterally flat, non-running through-feed lever can be converted without tools and can be operated on both sides. In addition, it has an integrated closing function for the silent feeding of the cartridge into the cartridge bearing. During the shot delivery, the through-loading lever remains in its position. On the one hand, this increases the safety of the rifleman in stressful situations, on the other hand, the rifleman has unlimited restraint and stopping options. Thanks to the ergonomically optimized positioning of the through-loading lever, the weapon can be held in the target during the loading process and can also be operated while lying without an increase in the head signature ", Heckler & Koch described the further technical details.

"The exchangeable lower housing part defines the desired operating concept and thus reduces the training effort of the shooter. Depending on the shooting situation, the contactor can choose between G36 or HK416 / AR-15 operating concept. All controls are mounted on both sides, symmetrically arranged and can be configured to customer requirements. Drop-in solutions from the lower part of the housing extend the scope of the weapon with regard to individually configurable match deductions or preferred withdrawal group combinations. The magazine shaft according to NATO-STANAG 4179 (Draft) ensures the interoperability of the G36 weapon systems with change-over magazine chute, the HK416 as well as the market-ready AR-15 platforms. The handle interface is based on the HK416 weapon family. Handles with interchangeable handles and grips similar to the P30 and SFP / VP pistol series are possible. "

Ergonomics and safety

As in the HK416, the HK433 also uses the Slim Line hand protection, a proprietary development by Heckler & Koch. This is connected positively and without play to the upper housing part. The handgrip can be released without tools, as well as carrying strap strap attachments, modular HKey interfaces at 3 and 9 o'clock, as well as a continuous Picatinny rail to MIL-STD-1913 at 6 o'clock. A special feature is the height-adjustable shoulder support, which is equipped with a height-adjustable cheek system and whose ergonomics have been changed compared to the Slim Line shoulder rest of the HK416 and the IdZ shoulder rest of the G36. The length adjustment provides five detent positions and can therefore be dynamically adapted to the respective protective equipment of the shooter. Furthermore, it is possible to fold the shoulder support to the right in each rest position. The trigger remains freely accessible. Also, the sleeve shedding is not obscured, so that in this actual "transport state" in case of emergency, a defensive capability is ensured, for example, by a surprising attack. Various camouflage colors and infrared-absorbing coatings can be realized according to the customer's requirements.

Market perspectives

With the HK433, Heckler & Koch has succeeded in a surprise, which the company not only competently positioned for the award of the new storm guns of the German Armed Forces, but also sets standards in the international market. This is not least ensured by the fact that it is based on the experience gathered around the world with the G36 and the HK416 in terms of user-friendliness, ergonomics and reliability. Numerous system elements can therefore already carry the label "tested", even if the gun family itself is new.

Another consideration is the political context. The European security and defense policy is currently experiencing new impetus and the trend towards a harmonization of military procurement is also increasing. Today, numerous European states equip their armed forces with standard storm guns from Heckler & Koch - especially Germany (G36), France (HK416AIF), Norway (HK416), Spain (G36), Lithuania (G36) and Great Britain (SA80). Numerous Western special forces - whether military or official - already use weapons from Heckler & Koch today. With the HK433 concept, the company relies on an "interoperable" single-armament "uniform" armament of the armed forces and special forces deployed in Europe. Against this background, it can be expected that the new rifle family will use its opportunities in the European market.

PS. Tabletilla väsätty, meinas mennä hermot.

Juuri kun Ranskankin armeija on valinnut uudeksi rynkykseen HK416:n viime syksynä, niin saksalaiset tuovat markkinoille uuden HK433:n. Mitenköhän tuo 433 olisi kelvannut ranskiksille, halvempanakin.

Haluaakohan H&K myydä ranskiksille a) kalliimpaa vai b) halvempaa kivääriä? ;)

It’s not every day you get the privilege to write about a new rifle from Heckler & Koch, but we have the honor to present the brand new HK433.

It was shown to a very selected number of people at SHOT Show and Heckler & Koch just ran an ad in the German magazine “Europäische Sicherheit & Technik” nr 2 (2017).

live with both NATO and former East bloc ammunition and rifles.

There is absolutely no other official information available at this time on any of these new HK models, so we will have to wait and see.

The barrel lengths will be from 11 “, 12.5”, 14.5 “, 16.5″, 18.9” up to 20 and they are cold-hammered and hard chromed-lined. The precision is described as “far above average”.

TFBhk-660x370.jpg

Just like the Steyr-Rheinmetall RS556, it is possible to change the barrel on an operator level.

The gas pressure can be set without using a tool, to accommodate the function with or without a sound suppressor.

It’s possible to mount either the 40mm grenade launchers HK269 or the and GLM / GLMA1 (M320 Grenade Launcher Module) on the Picatinny rail underneath the rifle (at least with the “normal” barrel lengths).

There is also an optional bayonet mount.

The upper and handguard is manufactured from high-strength aluminum, with a long and continuous Picatinny rail. In fact it looks to be monolith, and the sight line looks lower than some of the competitors.

The keyhole interface are the German Army (Bundeswehr) standardized “H Key” at 3 and 9 o’clock.

The rifle is built to function according to and within the NATO defined temperature band, which goes from extremely cold to extremely hot temperatures.

Some of the internal sliding parts are described as “self-lubricating”, which most likely means that they have some kind of coating.

Below: A “Four-Three-Three” in full-auto. The sound suppressor, most likely a B&T Rotex.

I am told from people that held the HK433, that the charging handle is similar to the HK G3. Judging from the two only pictures I’ve seen of the HK433 from the left side this is correct.

Below: Note the G3 style charging handle.

HK433assaultrifle-660x375.jpg

This is probably the best picture of the HK433 I’ve seen so far. This looks like a really nice rifle.

HK433left-660x349.jpg

All of the controls are described as ambidextrous and individually settable, so we can, therefore, presume that it’s possible to interchange the charging handle to the right side as well.

The magazine well is NATO STANAG compatible so it will work with HK416 and AR-15 magazines.

The stock is adjustable in length and height and hinged. The length adjustments offer five positions.

HK433-collapsible-660x467.jpg

Translated from the Heckler & Koch ad:

– Modular and light construction. Compact dimensions.
– Barrel length individually configurable. Simple end-user level barrel change.
– Completely ambidextrous manipulation for right and left handed shooters.
– Non reciprocating charging handle with integrated forward assist. Switchable w/o tools.
– Lower receiver with ambidextrous manipulation for G36 and HK416 users.
– Drop safe according to AC225/D14 with and w/o applied safety.
– Upper receiver with full length STANAG rail in 12 o’clock position. Hand guard with Hkey interface on 3 and 9 o’clock position. Picatinny rail on 6 o’clock position.
– Length adjustable folding stock with height adjustable cheek weld. Weapon also usable with stock folded.
– Optional receiver integrated maintenance free shot counter.
– Tool less disassembly / assembly of major components.
– Weapon can be set to safe in all loading conditions.
– Lots of accessories available.
– Made 100% in Germany

The “Optional receiver integrated maintenance free shot counter” is automated translation at work, and most likely is a battery-free shot counter placed inside the lower. This makes it easier to judge a maintenance situation and also give valuable feedback, as a digital logbook. FN Herstal has a similar system.

HK43333-660x499.jpg

Larry Vickers posted this on his Facebook.

UPDATE; RIFLE IS CALLED HK433 – Just got this from a buddy in Germany; he says the HK416 is too expensive for the German Army so HK has developed this rifle as a potential new service rifle. He called it the HK ‘Masada’ as it very much resembles the Magpul Masada – which is very interesting in that the Masada was inspired to some degree by the HK XM8

2017-02-03-06.59.10-660x371.jpg

Some of the competitors to the HK433 are as follows: C.G. Haenel/Caracal CAR 816, Colt Canada/Diemaco C8SFW, HK416 A5 (G38), LWRCI M6-G, Schmeisser M4, IWI X95, Rheinmetall/Steyr-Mannlicher RS556, SIG Sauer SIG MCX, Swiss Arms SG 553, Thales F90, Beretta ARX-160, B&T APC556, CZ BREN 2, FN Herstal FN SCAR-Light and FB Radom MSBS.

I think we will hear a lot more about the HK433 in the future, and that many armies will adopt it.

One thing surprises me, and that’s the hump-styled stock. The drawback with this design is that you will get a different cheek weld depending on if you are standing, kneeling or laying down.

(Please excuse any translation mistakes and any other mistakes for that matter. We try to be as accurate as possible, but at this point in time there is no official source.)

If the HK433 is available at Enforce-Tac or IWA in Germany we will lay our hands on it for the first time.

Suomalaisethan voisi testata tuon aseen vaikka Utissa jossa ko kaliberia on käytössä.

Mitä meni HMG STG44n uudelleen tuotannon pystyyn laittamiseen ja miksi he eivät käyttäneet alkuperäisiä piirustuksia vanhan aseen uudelleen lämmityksessä.

1) What is the current estimated ship date?
2) What is the most likely reason that date will be missed?
3) What are you not already doing that could complete the STG-N before the heat death of the universe?
4) Why are you not doing those things?
5) Did the CA customers receive rifles before the Jan 1 ban?

I wonder if there were good drawings of the Stg44 or did they have to work off of samples to set up the original designs?

Colburn F
I'm also interested in how old firearms blue prints and part drawings are attained. Do you have to go to German museums or archives? Or do you have to buy all the parts and reverse engineer?

Having studied the historical StG44 and engineered a near-clone, has your opinion of the StG44 changed over time? If so, how?

36:50

-What was the biggest issue in the development? - Did they use 3d printers in the development phase or they use "real" metal parts directly? - Was it reverse engineered or did they have original blueprints?

Would it pass the mud test?

48:08
Why are we doing this series and what’s important about understanding the actual challenge of a project like this? How hard is it to reverse engineer lost technology and designs?

Hauskintahan on, että jenkeille on viimeinikin valjennut että Euroopassakin osataan tehdä pyssyjä. :D

Se kelpaa, kun on AR-15 johdannainen

Tässä on ylistystä HK416 & 417

The Pentagon Has Slowly Fallen In Love With H&K's Take On The AR-15
The HK416 and its derivatives are quickly becoming the combat rifle that all others are judged by—and the Pentagon is having a hard time denying that fact.

Nää on niitä Ikuisuus kysymyksiä joista saadaan 20 sivua vääntöä ja muutama banni aikaiseksi, mutta itse liputtaisin ennemmin suorakaasuisten puolesta seuraavista syistä:
-ampuma-ominaisuudet
-tarkkuus
-paino
-hinta
