Ehkäpä, mutta mitkä ovat erot ylinopeudella, törkellä ylinopeudella (jos sitä käsitettä laki edes tuntee), ja liikenteen vaarantamisella? Pysäytyskin voi kestää sen 30min., eli senkin pitäisi vituttaa, mahdollisesti koitua kustannusta siitäkin jos se sotkee aikataulua.
