ENEMY OF RUSSIAN AVIATION: Serhii Falatiuk ordered to open fire and shot down the first Russian Ka-52

Junior Lieutenant Serhii Falatiuk was the commander of an anti-aircraft missile platoon at the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. On February 24, his unit was ordered to cover Ukrainian aviation from the ground. However, at a certain moment, Serhiy's unit noticed the movement of a group of Russian Ka-52 attack helicopters in their direction.

Without hesitation, he ordered his unit to open fire and destroy the Russian helicopters. Serhii Falatiuk personally destroyed the first enemy Ka-52. That day they managed to shoot down six Russian helicopters.

It’s a unique account of how the invading forces withdrew and escaped the pressure of Ukraine’s Defense Forces for the first time since Feb. 24, 2022. Yesterday was one year since the death of an outstanding soldier, scout, sergeant of the active operations unit of the GUR MO KRAKEN - Taras "TOR" Chuprun

With the beginning of a full-scale invasion, Thor went with his friends to one of the dobrobats and stood up for the defense of the capital of Ukraine.

He was wounded during the liberation of Irpen and Buchi, but quickly returned to the army and went to Slobozhanshchyna for further service in our unit.

Reconnaissance, diversionary work at the beginning, assault with the beginning of the Slobozhan counteroffensive. And then Bakhmut-Soledar, Donbas and again the Kupyan direction.

Thor fought his last battle near the village of Yagidne, where he was mortally wounded while destroying the overwhelming enemy. At 2:32 p.m., October 10, 2023 - a faithful son and brave warrior completed his earthly journey, forever etched in the history of our country as a legend as a worthy fighter for the nation.

As a chief sergeant, he participated in the battles for Bakhmut and Soledar, in Donbas and Kharkiv region.

On 12.10.2023, while trying to pull out the body of a comrade, he entered into battle with the prevailing group of enemy special forces. Having almost destroyed her, the Centurion was mortally wounded. At 05:07, the heart of the brilliant strategist and skillful warrior, who did not stop in development and found his kingdom in the new army in the fight for the nation, stopped beating.

Counterattack of the 3rd OShBr: assault and capture of PRs in close combat

Combat operation of the Third Assault Brigade in one of the settlements on the border of Kharkiv Oblast and Luhansk Oblast. The task is performed by several groups of soldiers of the 1st and 2nd companies of the second assault battalion. Stormtroopers from the 2nd company, after disembarking from the equipment, find themselves in the rear of the enemy. They have to take the landing, through which the occupiers have established logistics in the village. So they immediately begin an assault on the positions camouflaged in the thicket of trees. From the first seconds of the assault, the shooting battle reaches its peak intensity. The emotional tension of the fighters is at the limit.

"Galvanize the sky!" - an enemy drone rises into the air above the attack aircraft. However, one of the fighters almost immediately stops his flight with an aimed shot.
"I feel the blood running down my back!" - despite the wounds and resistance of the enemy, the fighters continue the assault. Enter the trench line and destroy the invaders in close combat. Part of the PRs decided to surrender under pressure, the wounded occupiers received help.

Also on the video footage is the work of the 1st company of the 2nd assault battalion - battles among the ruins of the private sector of the village. The fighters need to establish themselves near the intersection, where the entry of vehicles into the settlement is controlled. This will give an opportunity to enter the village, not only for infantry, but also for equipment. To do this, stormtroopers sweep the streets, discover hiding places of the occupiers and take prisoners.

In the final shots, wounded soldiers and assault groups are being evacuated under enemy fire. Part of the fighters continues to clear and secure the positions they have taken. Hot battles from GoPro cameras of the 3rd OSHBr fighters and footage from UAVs - see in this video.

Fighters with the callsigns "Malyy" and "Minion" cleared the positions they had recaptured from the Russians. "Mignon" threw a grenade into the Russian dugout and ran along its roof. The ammunition ignited from the explosion. From the dugout they heard a shout: "Yours." However, the Russian occupier with the call sign "Georgian" turned out to be "their own". He almost burned, was slightly wounded and begged for mercy.

Later it turned out that he had been hiding in this dugout for more than a month - it was deadly dangerous to go back, forward - as well. He survived the FPV strike and hid from the 93rd troops, who managed to enter these positions earlier. In particular, "Maly" and "Minion" were able to take trophies from there: weapons, walkie-talkies and a helmet with the inscription GruZyn. But her owner managed to remain unnoticed at that time, and he met with the Ukrainian soldiers much later.
