NATIONAL ONLINE REFERENDUM FOR SELF-DETERMINATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION “Indigenous peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of this right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development (from the United Nations Declaration of Rights). In accordance with the Federal Law of "On Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right to Participate in a Referendum of Citizens of the Russian Federation": - The participation of a citizen in elections and referendums is free and voluntary. - No one has the right to influence a citizen of the Russian Federation in order to force him to participate or not to participate in elections and a referendum, or to prevent his free will. - A citizen of the Russian Federation who has reached the age of 18 has the right to vote in a referendum, participate in putting forward an initiative to hold a referendum, as well as in other legal actions for the preparation and holding of a referendum in the manner prescribed by this Federal Constitutional Law. Initiative groups from different regions of the Russian Federation are holding a national online referendum on self-determination of the republics of the Russian Federation. Residents of the following regions can take part in the National Online Referendum on Self-Determination of the Republics of the Russian Federation: Ingria, Koenigsberg, Kuban, Siberia, Ural. Results of the National Online Referendum for Self-Determination of the Republics of the Russian Federation In early February 2023, we announced holding referendums on the independence of five regions of Russia: Koenigsberg (Kaliningrad and the region), Ingria (St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region), Kuban (Krasnodar Territory), Siberia and the Urals. From February 16, 2023, despite all the intrigues of Roskomnadzor, online voting began, which lasted until the end of February. We are pleased to announce its results. In total, 5.6 million people voted on the online referendum website. The results speak for themselves: Königsberg: 72.1% for independence from Moscow, 27.9% against. Ingria: 66.2% for independence, 33.8% against. Kuban: 55.7% for independence, 44.3% against. Siberia: 63.9% for independence, 36.1% against. Ural: 68.2% for independence, 31.8% against. The results of online referendums showed two important trends. Firstly, the ideas of the independence of the regions took root in the society of the peoples inhabiting the "Russian empire". Secondly, the Russian authorities are afraid of us, free citizens, and the results of our will. Successfully held referendums are only the first signs on the way of self-determination of the republics. Ingria, Koenigsberg, Kuban, Siberia and the Urals will be free! There is a lot of painstaking work ahead to legitimize the results of the referenda. We will inform about the further plans of the initiative groups of the free peoples of Post-Russia within the next month.
