According to representatives of NNK-Primornefteproduct (NNK), the fuel shortages are caused by two reasons. The company provided more details about them and the measures taken in this regard.
Firstly, there is an influx of customers at NNK petrol stations now. This has led to a 30% increase in the sale of petroleum products. In the summer, petrol at petrol stations runs out before petrol tankers can deliver it.
Secondly, the delivery time of petroleum products to petrol stations has increased by 1–2 hours (up to 3–6 hours) due to increased traffic and repair work on the Vladivostok–Ussuriysk section of the A-370 highway.
To solve the problems that have arisen, the company has additionally attracted 20 third-party fuel tankers to deliver fuel. In addition, fuel is delivered to gas stations around the clock.
The NNK also claims that all oil depots are fully supplied with fuel. The reserve is from 4 to 7 days.
A massive shortage of all types of gasoline except diesel was observed in Vladivostok
on August 17. According to gas station employees, this was due to delays in fuel trucks. The unexpected shortage affected not only large networks, but also small private stations. The Benzo network was completely without gasoline for the entire day, and a fuel truck arrived at Oktant on Nekrasovskaya Street, 95 only at 16:00.
On August 18, a VLADIVOSTOK1.RU correspondent found queues of at least 15 cars on Balyaev and Vsevolod Sibirtsev, and the entrance to NNK on Svetlanskaya was blocked.
On the same day, there was a lot of gasoline at small gas stations and the Oktant, Ussuri and Benz networks. According to operators, the fuel arrived on August 17, and the situation became stable. There were no queues at the More gas station, you can fill up without problems, as well as at Transneft on Svetlanskaya, 78a.
Earlier
it was reported that the price of AI-92 has increased significantly in Vladivostok in 7 days. At the Benzo gas station, its price was 7 rubles higher than a week ago, and at the Oktant gas station, it became 2 rubles more expensive. The cost of AI-95 has also increased significantly. At the same Benzo, its price has increased by 6 rubles. The cost of diesel has not changed over the past week.
