Bakhmut direction. The work of snipers of the SSO of Ukraine.
During the night practice of combat missions by snipers of the Special Operations Forces, our soldiers recorded the movement of the enemy's sabotage and reconnaissance group. SSO operators decided to inflict damage on the Russian occupiers who were trying to move inconspicuously towards Ukrainian positions.

Our snipers eliminated the Russians with accurate shots: 7 people were killed, 3 more were wounded.

Defense of Bakhmut. Border guards thwarted the invaders' attack with mortars
Units of the State Border Guard Service, part of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, are fighting heavy battles with the Russian occupation forces for the fortress city of Bakhmut.

So, the other day, UAV operators discovered the enemy's infantry concentration point. From this area, enemy attack aircraft came out to attack Ukrainian defenders.

The border guards received the coordinates of the target for fire damage. The forest plantations where the enemy forces were and their positions were covered with artillery mines. A sudden barrage of fire neutralized the unit of the Wagnerites, which was preparing for the offensive. Approximately 5 occupiers were destroyed, about 11 more were wounded.

In addition, the drone filmed the typical behavior of mercenary prisoners. The unknown man from Wagner threw away the ammunition, collected valuables from the murdered "colleagues in a dangerous business" and left. As they say: "we don't abandon our own."

Operation KUDU trench warfare training​

As a part of Operation KUDU, Armed Forces of Ukraine recruits completed a trench training exercise, led by instructors from soldiers from the 5th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment.

Training under fatigue, the trainees were taken through lessons on developing, defending, and attacking a defended position in a trench environment.

Trench training is increasingly relevant in the Russian-Ukraine conflict, and has seen the recruits digging and creating a trench system, as well as setting flares, offensive patrolling, and coordinating reconnaissance of enemy positions.
