Poliittista ohjausta on tietty kaikissa organisaatioissa maailmalla. Pikainen konekäännös englantiin leipätekstistä tuossa alla.
The Coronavirus Operational Control Headquarters in Moscow reports: almost 40% of patients on mechanical ventilation in Moscow are under the age of 40
Operational scale: 15% of severe patients with coronavirus less than 40 years
Operstage: two-thirds of patients on mechanical ventilation are less than 60 years old
The operational headquarters for monitoring and monitoring the situation with coronavirus in Moscow recalls that all Muscovites need to stay at home, regardless of age.
Statistics show that the disease is severe not only in elderly Muscovites. Almost half of patients with severe lung damage are people under 60 years of age, their share of the total number of severe patients is 45%. 15% of severe patients are less than 40 years old.
On mechanical ventilation, nearly 40% of patients are younger than 40 years old. The proportion of such patients under the age of 60 is as much as 64%, that is, two-thirds of all patients on mechanical ventilation. These data are confirmed by examples of other countries.
The number of cases in Moscow is 1014 people. Among all cases, 46% are between the ages of 35 and 64 years. The second place in the number of people with a confirmed diagnosis is young people, that is, people from 18 to 34 years old. They are now about 33.5%. Another 15% are people over 65. 5.5% are children, who in most cases suffer the disease in a mild form or without any symptoms, but can be carriers of the virus.
Statistics confirm that everyone can get a new coronavirus infection, regardless of age. And to predict how the disease will occur in a particular person is impossible.
The operational headquarters convincingly asks all Muscovites to take the measures taken in Moscow with all seriousness and responsibility, and despite the good weather and the desire to meet friends, spend these days at home. This is the only way we can stop the spread of infection.
A non-working week is announced from March 28 to April 5. All cultural, sports and entertainment events were canceled, theaters, museums and cinemas, shopping centers, restaurants and cafes, parks were closed. All this is done only so that Muscovites observe the regime of self-isolation and do not leave their homes.
At risk are primarily people over 65 and suffering from a number of chronic diseases. Until April 14, they must comply with the mandatory home quarantine and not leave the house even for groceries. Everything necessary for them will be delivered by social workers. To do this, call the Department of Health hotline 8 (495) 870-45-09. We kindly ask children and grandchildren not to visit elderly relatives during the period of self-isolation. Remember, for older Muscovites, they can become carriers of the disease.
We also urge parents whose children do not attend schools, kindergartens and colleges to monitor the child and prevent him from spending time on the street. Classes in schools were not canceled so that children would not walk or be in other places of crowded places. This is a necessary measure that will prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection and protect your family and friends.
