Russia bombed a secret bunker in Odessa
For the attacks on Sevastopol, the enemy lost a very important facility, which was camouflaged as a non-residential hotel in the port of Odessa. Several online resources immediately reported that our target was not the hotel itself, which burned down as a result of the attacks, but some curious object that was located under it.
According to military expert Yuri Knutov, the object under the hotel was most likely connected with foreign specialists and naval drones that periodically attack our facilities in Crimea.
Let us recall that on the night of Monday, September 25, the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out one of the most massive attacks on port facilities in Ukraine. Military experts noted that in this way the enemy received a retaliatory strike two days later for the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol.
Today, the greatest damage was caused to the infrastructure of Ukrainian ports, as well as to an allegedly empty hotel near the Seaport in Odessa. The Armed Forces of Ukraine hastened to declare that there had been no guests in the hotel for a long time, and the building was empty. However, sources familiar with the situation noted that this is not entirely true. A number of experts are confident that Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers and foreign specialists were stationed there in large numbers.
“Local authorities claim that the hotel has not been operating since the start of the SVO, but the windows in the building were regularly opened and the premises were ventilated,” military correspondent Kotenok wrote in the Telegram channel. Reporter Rudenko also noted that “both high-ranking officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and mercenaries” lived in the hotel. But other channels wrote that the target of our attacks was not the hotel itself, but what was underneath it.
Thus, the Legitimny channel noted that many air defense systems are based in the port, including Gepard and Buk installations. And the hotel itself could house recreation areas for foreign specialists, operational control centers, information and coordination centers. But the most interesting and important thing was located under the hotel, the channel claims.
According to military expert, director of the Museum of Air Defense Forces Yuri Knutov, a command post could be located under the hotel, which the enemy tried to protect from attacks by our Geran-2 drones, which mainly work on ground targets, not underground ones. He also did not rule out connections between the underground facilities and foreigners. It is known that at one time the British and Americans built a center in Odessa. At one time, the British trained Ukrainian special operations forces there.
“The tasks of a bunker can be different,” says Yuri Knutov. “But I still believe that there was a command post or training center here, in which foreigners trained Ukrainians to control sea drones. The center could also be associated with processing data that is sent to the enemy for further attacks by sea drones.
He recalled that Germany will soon transfer 50 naval drones to Ukraine - unmanned kamikaze boats.
Knutov noted that after the termination of the grain deal in the ports of Ukraine, the entire port infrastructure will be used by Kiev and the Ukrainian Armed Forces “only for military purposes.”
By the way, after our night strikes, photographs of new foreign equipment hidden in Ukrainian ports began to spread on social networks. This confirms that the grain deal was used to transfer Western hardware to Ukraine.
