It was about the improper storage, safety and combat readiness of ammunition in all arsenals and warehouses of the RAV services in the troops.
The reason was the scandalous reviews of Russians on the quality of artillery ammunition and missiles for MLRS, aircraft missiles and air bombs, anti-aircraft missiles supplied to the RF Armed Forces from Belarusian warehouses. army and air bombs, anti-aircraft missiles. Lukashenka's army was actually accused of sabotage, "they say, they deliberately put in the most unnecessary and out-of-order junk, and hid better for themselves."
We did a thorough check and it turned out that the problem is catastrophic. The Belarusian army is practically incompetent for a reason, the existence of which was known only to specialists of the RAV service on the ground.
The reason turned out to be banal. Systematic violation over the past thirty years of the conditions of storage of artillery ammunition and missiles, violation of the requirements for ensuring routine maintenance work of anti-aircraft missiles of air defense systems and aviation weapons (destruction of packaging, high humidity, resulting in leakage and corrosion) led to the failure and loss of combat capability of a significant part of the ammunition supplied to the Russians, which in turn led to mass failures and incidents on the battlefield in Ukraine .
For example, air-to-ground missiles and anti-aircraft missiles for the S-300 air defense system and other ground-based air defense systems turned out to be almost one-third incapable of combat due to the failure of the electronics (rotten and oxidized contacts, rotten electronics and soldering circuit boards). This became possible in case of non-compliance with storage conditions and the absence of maintenance.
This was precisely the reason for today's resignation of persons directly responsible in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus for the RAV of the ground forces and aviation. The real state of affairs with the quality of ammunition in the arsenal of the Belarusian army turned out to be critical - a significant part of the combat capability was lost, and for many years.

Helppo olisi epäillä sabotaasia mutta miksi keksiä monimutkainen selitys jos toinen vaihtoehto on paljon yksinkertaisempi: vuosikymmeniä jatkunut piittaamattomuus, alirahoitus ja korruptio sekä varastaminen. Sama ongelma kuten on nähty Venäjälläkin ja samaa huhuttu mm. Transnistrian suuresta Cobasnan ammusvarastosta: valtaosa käyttökelvottomassa kunnossa.
