Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed condolences in connection with the plane crash in the Tver region. The head of state stated this at a meeting with the acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin on Thursday, August 24.

“As for this aviation accident, first of all I want to express my sincere condolences to the families of all the victims. It is always a tragedy,” the Russian leader said.

The head of state recalled that, according to preliminary data, employees of the Wagner PMC were on board the crashed aircraft. According to Putin, these are people who have made a significant contribution to the fight against the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine. He noted that the country remembers this and will not forget.

“[The owner of Wagner PMC Yevgeny] I knew Prigozhin for a very long time, since the early 1990s. He was a man of complex fate. And he made serious mistakes in life, and he achieved the results he needed both for himself and when I asked him about it, ”the president emphasized.

Putin also stressed that Prigozhin was a talented person and businessman. According to him, the owner of Wagner PMC successfully worked not only in the country, but also abroad, in particular in Africa. The Russian leader said that Prigozhin was engaged in oil, gas and precious stones there.

“Here, as far as I know, he just returned from Africa yesterday. I met here with some officials," Putin said.

He stressed that the head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, reported on the start of an investigation into the circumstances of the emergency. The head of state indicated that it would be carried out in full and brought to an end.

“Let's see what the investigators will say in the near future, and now examinations are being carried out - both technical examinations and genetic ones. This will take some time,” Putin concluded.


The crash of the Embraer ERJ-135BJ Legacy 600 aircraft occurred the day before, on August 23, in the Tver region. According to Izvestia, at 17:54 the aircraft took off from Moscow's Sheremetyevo to St. Petersburg's Pulkovo and disappeared from radar after 26 minutes . His fall occurred at 18:22.

On board were Yevgeny Prigozhin , Sergei Propustin, Yevgeny Makaryan, Alexander Totmin, Valery Chekalov, Dmitry Utkin, Nikolai Matuseyev, as well as three crew members, according to the Federal Air Transport Agency.

On the day of the plane crash, the Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on violation of traffic safety rules and the operation of air transport in connection with the incident (under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On the morning of August 24, criminologists and other specialists continued their work at the scene of the emergency . The bodies of the people who were on board the plane were taken to the morgue for a forensic examination.

Sota on kovaa, ryssät yllätettiin täysin ja kaatuneita tulee silloin liukuhihnalta. Vaihdoin pidemmän pätkän tähän samasta taistelusta.

Aluksi laskettiin, monennestako kerroksesta tultiin alas, mutta Prigon tapauksessa ei löytynyt tarpeeksi korkeaa pilvenpiirtäjää. Jos löytyy vielä suurempi petturi, täytynee hänet lähettää palkintomatkalle soyuzilla ja tiputtaa kiertoradalta.

Tuo matkanopeus veneissä tarkoittaa lähinnä sitä nopeutta, joka on taloudellisin nopeus. Tuolla nopeudella merimailit taittuvat pienimmällä polttoainemäärällä.

Tuolla samaisella sivulla mainitaan huippunopeudeksi 40 solmua, jota itse pidän aika "nynnynä" vahtina tuollaiselle RIB-veneelle. Mutta sehän on ilmaistuukin +40... Todellinen huippu nopeus on varmasti vähintään tuo @ddude mainitsema 45 solmua. Ja Tuolla nopeudella vene/moottori kestää vetää koko matkan, olkoonkin, ettei se ole polttoainetaloudellisesti parasnopeus..

Jotenkin tuntuu siltä että lentäjät ovat jo treenanneet tarvittavaa fysiikkaa, opiskelleet koneen käyttöä ja lentäneet simulaattorilla siinä määrin että nyt annettava koulutus on lentotuntien keräämistä oikealla koneella.

Onko jollain hajua paljonko pitää saada tunteja alle että voi lähteä sotaan?
