Muistetaan minkälaisessa jamassa ryssien infra oli viime talvena ja nyt pitäisi lyhyen kesän aikana korjata se mitä ehtivät, tuhansissa taloissa jäätyi vesiputket samoin kuin laajasti maanpäällisiä sekä -alaisia putkia halkesi.

Lyhyt aikaikkuna korjata alkoi toukokuussa kun routa on sulanut ja pakkaset loppuneet, sen jälkeen on ollut lukuisia tulvia, tulipaloja ja toistuvia rankkasateita myrskyineen jolloin korjauksia ei ole käytännössä kerennyt juuri aloittaakaan. Ei ole enää pitkä aika kun alkaa uusi pakkaskausi ja mikäli infraa ei oikeasti korjata niin seuraava talvi tulee olemaan vieläkin rankempi.

Kaikki pitäisi vielä tehdä vähenevällä työvoimalla sekä nousevilla materiaalikuluilla, huomioiden että budjetissa ei ole tapahtumiin varauduttu ollenkaan.

En näe mitään muuta vaihtoehtoa kuin että ensi talvena syntyy tuhansia asuinkelvottomia taloja lisää, kymmeniä tuhansia jos ei jopa satojatuhansia asuinkelvottomia asuntoja.

Dagestanissa on jonkinlaista rähinää. Mahatskalassa kuoli poliisi ja kuusi loukkantui ammuskelussa. Derbentissä ammuttiin kirkkoa ja synagoogaa, yksi poliisi kuoli ja toinen haavoittui.
