The Russian occupiers suffer heavy losses while trying to capture Mariupol.
The Russian occupation troops and the formations of the so-called "DPR" suffer huge losses in an attempt to capture Mariupol.
An intercepted conversation of one of the occupiers was published on the Last Checkpoint
Telegram channel , in which he reports that in just one day their losses amounted to
700 people killed .
The invader says that they are faced with the task of taking Mariupol, but on the 16th they can return, as
there are huge losses in the units.
"A friend from my department lost his best friend yesterday. My friends did too. 700 people a day," he said.
According to him, the invaders entered the city, but met with resistance from the Azov fighters and were eventually defeated.
“There is no connection with them. You don’t know where they (Ukrainian military - ed.) are shooting from, but they are shooting,” the occupier admits and adds that everyone who is sent to storm Mariupol does not come back.
When asked if they could capture the city, the occupier answered in the negative.
