No nyt kun näin tuon toisen kuvan, niin kyllä aikaa menee enemmän taita olla myös johtajan peri vaurioitunut. Joku pääsee hitsaamaan ja itse lisäisin ulkopuolelle myös vahvikelevyn sauman päälle. Alle 24h ja taistelussa mukana.
 
Venäjän puolustusministeriö kertoi maksaneensa yli 10000 sotilaalle palkkioita ukrainalaiskaluston tuhoamisesta. Esim. lentokoneen tai helikopterin tuhoamisesta maksettiin 300000 ruplaa eli n. 3000€ ja panssariajoneuvosta n. 1000 €. Palkkiot maksetaan yksikön komentajan ilmoituksista josta voi päätellä hyvän sauman korruptiolle.

MOSCOW, 16 June. /TASS/. Since the beginning of the special operation, more than 10,000 servicemen have received payments for the personal destruction or seizure of enemy military equipment. This was reported on Friday in the Russian Defense Ministry.
“Since the beginning of the special military operation, more than ten thousand servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have received special payments for the personal destruction or seizure of enemy military equipment. In 2022, 7,064 Russian servicemen received the corresponding payments for the personal destruction of 11,586 units of Ukrainian military equipment and weapons. From January 1 to May 31 of this year, 3,193 Russian servicemen received payments for personally destroyed 4,415 units of Ukrainian and Western military equipment.

They noted that the payments are made on the basis of orders from the commanders of military units and are transferred to the personal financial accounts of the servicemen. It is emphasized that at the same time, there are no restrictions on the receipt of payments by military personnel from the number of pieces of enemy equipment they have already destroyed earlier.

The department reported that in 2023, 300 thousand rubles were paid to military pilots and air defense operators for each of the destroyed 45 Ukrainian helicopters and 71 aircraft of the Ukrainian air force. 100,000 rubles each this year were received by servicemen of the units of the Ground and Airborne Forces (SV and Airborne Forces), as well as the Marine Corps, including artillery units, for the destruction of each unit of armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU). 50 thousand rubles were paid for the destruction in 2023 of 1,501 enemy armored combat vehicles, 203 self-propelled artillery installations and 85 installations of multiple launch rocket systems.
"At the same time, for 15 hit launchers of the Tochka-U tactical complex and HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, distinguished Russian servicemen received payments of 300 thousand rubles. In addition, for the successful interception of 941 missiles fired by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Tochka-U tactical ", Alder", "Smerch", "Hurricane" and HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, as well as the destruction of each of 1,211 Ukrainian medium-range unmanned aerial vehicles, Russian military personnel received 50,000 rubles each," the agency noted.

Also, the servicemen of the Russian Navy, who repelled the attack of six Ukrainian unmanned speedboats on Russian ships and civilian facilities in Crimea, received 200,000 rubles each. The ministry added that, based on the reports of the commanders of units in the Zaporozhye and YuzhnoDonetsk directions, payments are currently being made to the military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces who destroyed Leopard tanks, as well as armored fighting vehicles manufactured by the United States and other NATO countries during the hostilities.

Tässä 8n hyvä sauma Ukrainalla ottaa pysyvä ote sodassa. Jos ajatellaan, että länsikalusto tuhoutuu kolmekertaa harvemmin ryssäkalustoon nähden. Hyökkääjällä harvemmin vaunuja jää kentälle oman etenemisen johdosta. Jos saadaa tasainen virta länsikalustoa hyökkäyksen tueksi tulee toinen virta taisteluissa vaurioituneista korjaamolta palautuneista länsivaunuista.

Yhtäkkiä huomataan prikaatien olevan kalustoltaan tätsimääräysiä kuukausien taisteluiden jälkeen. Jokainen voi kuvitella mikä tilanne ryssällä on kun on joutunut heittämään kaiken tuleen Ukrainan panssarikärkeä pysäyttäessä.
