Details: On April 21, the network noticed that, according to the aircraft tracking service Flightradar24, an unknown aircraft without registration data with the call sign WELCOM was flying over Ukraine (in particular, in the Lviv and Vinnytsia regions).
Its visibility for the service is explained by the fact that the transponder (signal transmitter) is turned on on board.
As explained by the Air Force, this is an An-26, a military transport aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Ignat's direct speech: "This plane performs certain tasks (the officer did not specify which ones - ed.). In general, dozens of planes and helicopters of various types perform tasks in the airspace of Ukraine every day, both combat and special, as well as training flights."
