Sanotaan vaikka nyt niin että jos pitää saman puheen vielä vuodenkin päästä niin onnea vain kaikille ryssille. Sitä tuolla nimittäin siinä kohtaa jo tarvitaankin ihan tosissaan.

Tätä samaa on tullut vastaan muistakin lähteistä, mutta voiko tämä olla totta? Siis tässä sanotaan, että venäläisille soitetaan ja joku esiintyy esimerkiksi FSB:nä tai jonain muuna auktoriteettina käskien polttamaan milloin minkäkin kohteen. Ja vielä erikoisempaa on, että ihmiset toimivat annetun käskyn mukaan.

Jos se yks pro-z mummelsonikin meni poliisiauton polttamaan merkkisavuksi jollekin FSB:n hyshys vispiläoperaatiolle, niin... Se kertoo kyllä jotain kansan ajatuskyvystä... Nyt ei muuta kun ostamaan prepaid liittymää ja etsimään ryssien puhelinnumeroita... Kyllä aina yks kymmenestä lähtee esmes polttamaan lähihuoltsikan, koska sieltä tankkaa CIA... eiku kokeilemaan ;)
Tai nyt olis kyllä viisainta soittaa ja sanoa että pöö-koreasta tulevaa ratalinjaa pitkin neonatsit tuo ovelasti kiertäen biolaboratoriossa kasvatettuja hyttysiä, se ratalinja on laitettava poikki...

"During the inspection by Rostransnadzor, it was established that both vessels were in the Kerch Strait in violation of seasonal navigation restrictions in the waters," the report says.

Several Volgatransneft tankers are not included in the license for the transportation of hazardous goods, the Russian Ministry of Transport added. "Several tankers belonging to Volgatransneft CJSC are not included in the license for the transportation of hazardous goods by inland water and sea transport," the report says.

The Ministry of Transport also reported that more than 170 square kilometers of waters have been surveyed since the accident with the Volgoneft tankers. By eliminating the contamination of the identified areas, the vessels of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Morresluzhba" subordinate to Rosmorrechflot cleared over 24.3 thousand square meters of fuel oil.

"Fragments of fuel oil are localized using booms and collected with tools and specialized vessels, the rainbow film on the water is treated with a sorbent. 2,705 kg of neutralizing substance were used to eliminate oil products. There are 19 vessels in the area of emergency rescue operations," the Russian Ministry of Transport clarified.

The ministry reported that emergency rescue teams of industry employees have already cleared 4.8 thousand square meters of beaches and coastal areas, collecting about 14.5 tons of oil-containing waste, and 200 m of boom barriers have been installed in river mouths and estuaries.

"The Ministry of Transport continues to monitor the situation in the Kerch Strait," they concluded.

Nyt sitten käsi ylös joka yllättyi että syyllinen löytyi ja se ei ollut lilliputtelin hallinnossa joka pakotti/käski liikkeelle.

Kannattaa muistaa, että Venäjällä on paljon vanhaa infrastruktuuria, mitä ei ole huollettu riittävästi, joten erilaisia onnettomuuksia tulee vaikka Ukraina ei tekisi minkäänlaisia iskuja Venäjän infrastruktuuria vastaan.

Venäjällä on hajoillut Hruštšev:in aikaista infrasturktuuria jo vuosia ja nyt alkaa Breznevin aikainen infrastruktuuri leviämään käsiin. Lisäksi venäläinen tapa huolehtia ja huoltaa näkyy kaikessa mikä hajoaa käsiin. Tulevina vuosian venäjällä leviää iso osa nykyisestä infrastruktuurista käsiin kun ylläpito on "ryssitty" totaalisesti.
 
Yksi veturi taas vähempänä, Ukraina-ketjussa joku mainitsi, että vetureja siellä kyllä riittää, mutta totuus on, että niitä on valtion rautateiden mukaan noin 30 % liian vähän jo nyt sekä keski-ikä todella korkea. Kuormitus on myös kova ja huolto heikkoa, joten valtion elämänlanka heikkenee vuosi vuodelta, sota toi siihen vain vauhtia reippaasti lisää.
