Peskov linked Putin's rating to military successes
Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov named a factor that influences Vladimir Putin's ratings in the country. One of the indicators on which the ratings depend is military success, he noted. During a press call, Mr. Peskov explained that the "volatility" is insignificant: "Nothing changes, (but - Kommersant) military successes also influence."
According to the latest data from VTsIOM, the highest level of trust in the president's activities was recorded on December 22, 2024. Then, as sociologists reported, 79.7% of respondents expressed approval of Mr. Putin's activities.
The president's trust rating has increased since August 2024. Then, according to VTsIOM statistics, it was 73.6%. During the survey, respondents are asked questions about each politician separately, there are four answer options. They are conducted daily using telephone calls.
