Korean Sota Osa II ?

Ohjusten lentäminen japanin yli on kuiten loputtava. Se on ihan minimivaatimus. Joten Trump räksyttää,Tillerson neuvottelee. Tillerson kertoo Kimille, ettei saa tuota räksyttävää koiraa hiljaiseksi ellei kalikoiden heittely lopu. Tämähän on taas hulluuden ja nerouden rajoilla.

Two women accused of killing the estranged half-brother of North Korea’s leader with a banned nerve agent have pleaded not guilty at the start of their trial in Malaysia’s high court, nearly eight months after the assassination.

Indonesian Siti Aisyah, 25, and Vietnamese Doan Thi Huong, 28, are suspected of rubbing VX agent in Kim Jong-nam’s face and eyes on 13 February at an airport terminal in Kuala Lumpur, killing him within about 20 minutes. The women allege they were duped into believing they were playing a harmless prank for a hidden-camera show.

South Korea’s spy agency said the brazen killing was part of a five-year plot by North Korea’s ruler, Kim Jong-un, to assassinate a brother he may have never met.

four_plots_norks_dyn_research.jpg

North Korea's very limited Internet has, for the second time in its brief history, obtained a redundant connection to the outside world.

Dyn Research and North Korea specialists 38 North went public with the existence of the new link on October 1.

Dyn's Doug Madory and 38 North's Martyn Williams spotted route announcements from Russian carrier Transtelecom (TTK, as AS20485) that it could reach several North Korean IP ranges.

The pair speculate that given the pressure currently bearing down on the Hermit Kingdom, Norks is becoming wary of the leverage China has as its only link to the Internet, and is connecting to Russian fibre at the Friendship Bridge railway link between the two countries.

38 North's Williams notes that the US is pressuring China to “end all business with North Korea”, which would if carried out cut off that one slim link. A complete cutoff would, however, also deny the US a route by which it can attack Norks, something Williams says is happening.

There are four BGP routes in North Korea's Internet, announced as AS131279, and most of the time the country has only been reachable through China Unicom.
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/10/04/north_korea_adds_second_internet_link/

Getting the Russian link operational wasn't without teething problems, it seems. When TTK first appeared, it was advertising routes for three of the country's four routes (256 addresses each from blocks 175.45.176.0/24, 175.45.178.0/24 and 175.45.179.0/24).

That didn't last. After an hour, TTK's routes disappeared, making all four Norks routes unstable.

TTK then returned advertising all three routes, but stopped offering transit to 175.45.176.0/24 and 175.45.179.0/24. “At the time of this writing, only 175.45.178.0/24 is being transited by TTK”, the post says.

Telecommunications isn't covered by the most recent round of United Nations sanctions against North Korea.

While four /24 address blocks only gives North Korea addresses for 1,024 hosts, it's perfectly reasonable to assume those hosts are routers with NAT – so although the Internet in the country is known to be small, we still don't know exactly how small.

Nyt kaikki joukolla sabotoimaan tuota linkkiä.

Onkohan Ukraina vai Syyria myyty :D

Mietitääs millaisia täysin toisiinsa liittymättömiä asioita tässä on tapahtunut:

1. Venäjä, Iran, Syyria, Pohjois-Korea ja muutama muu samantyyppisestä demokratiakäsityksestä innostunut maa toimii aivan kuiin olisivat sotilaallisesti/intressisidoksin liittoutuneita keskenään.

2. Turkin lipuminen tuohon kerhoon alkaa tulla kaapista näkyviin.

3. Konstruktiivisen demokratiakäsityksen kerhossa kaikilla on joukkotuhoasemania.

4. Kerhon toiminta noudattaa proxysodankäynnin peruskaavaa. (Paitsi että...)

5. Pohjois-Korea ei noudata proxysodan tärkeintä eskalaatiopidäkettä. (Proxyt uhkaavat toisiaan, eivät nukkemestareitaan.)

6. USA - maailman mahtavin sotilasmahti - on mitä todennäköisimmin menossa myllyttämään Pohjois-Koreaa. Tappioita voi tulla paljon.

7. USA - etenkin sen kansa - katsoo taatusti asiaa niin, että pupettimestarit ovat vastuussa pupettien USA:lle aiheuttamista tappioista.

8. Venäjä ilmoitti just ettei sillä ole enää kemiallisia aseita koska ne on myy... anteeksi... hävitetty asianmukaisesti.

9. Venäjä tekee äkillisen täyskäännöksen Pönö-Korean suhteen.

Joo... Ei tossa oo missään kohtaa mitään mistä rakentuisi mitään kokonaisuudelta vivahtavaakaan.

A top CIA official for the Korean Peninsula warned Wednesday that the U.S. should be ready for a new provocation by North Korea on Columbus Day on Oct. 9, which coincides with the anniversary of the founding of the political party that governs in Pyongyang.

"Stand by your phones," Yong Suk Lee, deputy assistant director of the CIA's Korea Mission Center, said while speaking at a conference organized by the agency at The George Washington University.

If Kim Jong Un were to launch a nuclear attack on Seoul and Tokyo -- both within striking distance of his weapons -- as many as 2.1 million people could die and another 7.7 million could be injured, according to the 38 North report.

The analysis by Michael J. Zagurek Jr., a consultant specializing in databases and computer modeling, is based on North Korea’s current estimated weapons technology and bomb strength. Zagurek assumes Kim has a baseline arsenal of 20-25 warheads and the capacity to put them on ballistic missiles.

Warmbier was the University of Virginia student who was arrested for stealing a poster, then sentenced to 15 years of hard labor and eventually returned to the U.S. in a vegetative state.

“He broke the law in our country,” said Ri Yong-pil, a senior Foreign Ministry official, adding that Warmbier was returned (a week before his death) as a “humanitarian” act. Another senior ministry official, Choe Kang-il, insisted that North Korea had provided excellent care and spent “all the money for nursing” him.

Something in me snapped. I asked how North Koreans could possibly boast about their spending on a young man when he was in a coma only because of them. Choe replied just as hotly that Warmbier had not been mistreated and was in fine condition when he was sent back home.

“The U.S. administration, or some people with a certain intention, let him die,” Choe said. “This must be intended to foster and spread anti-Communist hatred within America.”

Do people really believe this stuff?

I’ve interviewed countless defectors over the years, and they say that there’s more disenchantment among the youth and in the China border area, where Koreans realize that their country has been left behind. But the defectors add that many North Koreans, especially older ones and those distant from the China border, genuinely believe in the system and worship the Kim familybecause they know nothing else.

“Much of the older generation still remains loyal to the regime,” agreed Jieun Baek, author of a recent book on how information reaches North Koreans. Attitudes are changing among younger people and those involved in the market economy, she said, but she doesn’t foresee a grass-roots uprising any time soon.

What makes this moment so perilous is that North Koreans are steeped in the idea that they have repeatedly defeated the U.S. — and can do so again. Every single person we spoke to, from officials to students, voiced certainty that if war breaks out, America will end up in ashes and the Kim regime will emerge victorious.

“U.S. pride will be squished,” predicted Jo Yong-myong, a 20-year-old university student, who thinks war is likely. “The big nose of the U.S. will be cut off.”

Maybe Kim himself isn’t so recklessly overconfident. But historically, one risk is that dictators come to believe their own propaganda.

Kohta rytisee?

Washington (CNN) While taking photos alongside military leaders and their spouses before a dinner at the White House, President Donald Trump made an ambiguous statement, citing "the calm before the storm."

"You guys know what this represents? Maybe it's the calm before the storm," Trump said at the photo op Thursday night, following a meeting with his top military commanders.
When reporters present asked what he meant, Trump replied: "It could be, the calm, the calm before the storm."
Reporters asked if the storm was related to Iran or ISIS.
Trump replied: "We have the world's great military people in this room, I will tell you that. And uh, we're gonna have a great evening, thank you all for coming."
When asked again what he meant, Trump said only: "You'll find out."
Reporters in the room asked for a hint, but Trump concluded the questioning.
"Thank you everybody," Trump said.

North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un has promoted his younger sister to the secretive country’s powerful politburo, consolidating her position as one of the country’s most influential women.

Kim Yo-jong has been made an alternate member of the top decision-making body, North Korean state media reported on Sunday. The move indicates that she has replaced their aunt, Kim Kyong-hee, who was a key decision-maker when their father, the former leader Kim Jong-il, was alive.

Jimmy Carter has reportedly said he is willing to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in a bid to defuse tensions over Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile programmes, and bring “permanent peace” to the Korean peninsula.

In an intervention that is likely to irritate Donald Trump, the 93-year-old former president told a South Korean academic that he was willing to travel to the North Korean capital if it meant preventing war.

“Should former president Carter be able to visit North Korea, he would like to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and discuss a peace treaty between the United States and the North, and a complete denuclearisation of North Korea,” Park Han-shik, a professor of international affairs at the University of Georgia, told South Korea’s JoongAng Daily newspaper.

Sergey Lavrov told his US counterpart, Rex Tillerson, the escalation of tension on the Korean peninsula is unacceptable.

Russia's foreign ministry, said: "Lavrov underlined the inadmissibility of any escalation of tension on the Korean peninsula, to which the USA's military preparations lead, and called for contradictions to be resolved by diplomatic means only."

During a phone call with Secretary of State Mr Tillerson, Vladimir Putin's right hand man discussed Syria, Korea and Ukraine, the Russian foreign ministry revealed.

Mr Lavrov also told Mr Tillerson Moscow is demanding the US returns Russian diplomatic property seized in 2016 over suspected Russian interference in the general election.
