According to Russian humanitarian project Idite Lesom, which helps Russians avoid being sent to the war in Ukraine, a 27-year-old resident of St. Petersburg, who was arrested for three days for laying flowers at the monument to the victims of Soviet political repression to honour Alexey Navalny, was handed a draft notice.
Furthermore, media outlet Rotonda reported that six St. Petersburg residents who had been detained for standing near a makeshift memorial to Navalny were handed draft notices upon their exit from a temporary detention centre.

Kh-69 eli uuden "häiveteknologiaa" sisältävän risteilyohjuksen käytöstä todisteet. Toisen viitatun Telegram-viestin mukaan Kh-69 on modifioitu Kh-59MK2 risteilyohjus.
JOS kyseessä oli ensimmäinen käyttö, se tapahtui aikaisemmin tässä kuussa eli helmikuussa 2024 - toisen viitatun Telegram-viestin mukaan ohjus olisi laukaistu 7.2.2024 tapahtuneen suuren ohjusiskun aikana:

As the institute’s director said, this Kh-69 appears to have been made in late 2023. Assuming its serial number follows the standard convention for Russian ALCMs, the missile was made in Q4 2023 and is the 10th missile of the 3rd batch.

Surviving fragments have minimal microelectronics and any control and guidance components, but markings on the hull give a late 2023 date of manufacture.

En toisaalta usko että kuullut huhut ja väitteet palkanmaksun ja muiden etuuksien ongelmista olisivat perättömiä.
Arvatenkin erityisesti sotilaan kuoleman jälkeen ei olla kovin halukkaita maksamaan luvattuja etuuksia. Tässä ei ole mitään uutta, samaa nähtiin Espanjan armadan torjunnan jälkeen, kun Englannin hallitsija ei ollut halukas maksamaan kuolleille merimiehille luvattuja palkkoja. Näin siis vuonna 1588, ei yllätys että samaa nähdään myös 2022, 2023 ja 2024.
Samoin kaikenlaista välistävetoa tapahtuu varmasti eli rahavirrat ovat kokonaisuutena selvästi suuremmat kuin mitä tästä datasta on nähtävissä.
Toki en lukenut koko tutkimusta, kenties sieltä olisi nähtävissä lisää mielenkiintoisia yksityiskohtia.
Nyt on tullut Yleltä ja turhan monesta muustakin tuutista samaa lopun aikojen profetiaa. Tuskin tosiaan on sattumaa. Haastateltaviin on ilmestynyt anonyymi "evp-upseeri" jne. Ei tosin kerrottu minkä maan armeijasta.

Early this "simplified" protocol has been applied both for 122mm (OF-56) and 152mm (OF-64, OF-59) HE-frag artillery shells. New green artillery shells started to appear on videos in Sept-Oct 2023
