RUs Tlgrm:
"Their new DRGs tried to gain a foothold at Spalnoye. Probably tomorrow UKR will try to push us out of Borki to form a springboard from which to take control of the bridge across the Psel River."
It already happened.

Same RUs Tlgr, Kursk continues:
"We spent the day regaining control over the area where the enemy tried to break through our defenses yesterday, Giryi. There are no more enemies there."
But not a single image from Giryi since yesterday.

MHO: They are preparing the story for their followers because tomorrow they will discover that the confused battles of the BTR-4 column were not as favorable to them as they tried to sell.
They do not anticipate anything but recognize what has already happened because they can no longer hide it.

The published map of the UKR E axis of advance, Sudzha-Belaya , is not only outdated, it is laughable.

Kursk direction — situation as of 22:00 13.08.24: Southern sector…
It’s about the same “swings” here as in the north. In some places we are eliminating the consequences of previous enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group breakthroughs. In others, new ones have entered.
For example, we spent the whole day restoring control over the sector where the enemy tried to break through our defenses in the direction of Gir’ya yesterday . And by evening, there was no enemy left there.
But in return, new sabotage and reconnaissance groups entered further south and by evening are trying to gain a foothold in the area of Spal’noye. It’s likely that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will try to push us out of Borki tomorrow in order to form a convenient bridgehead for attacks in the area of Gir’ya , where they desperately need to take control of the strategic bridge across the Psel River. Our forces will try to regain control over Spal’noye in order to restore the status quo and continue to saturate their defenses with reserves before moving on to more active combat operations.
It was also noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are gradually "mastering" Sudzha and preparing the city as their base and a convenient outpost for further attacks. And the residents who remain there are an excellent shield for them, protecting them from our artillery and aviation.
So far, the enemy is generally more active here. True, we have not been sitting in deep defense these days. We are trying to snap back and inflict losses on the enemy.
We are praying and keeping our fingers crossed for the guys.
