The operational-tactical situation in the Pokrovsk direction is gradually approaching a point where Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad may no longer be salvageable.
For now, the situation is not yet at that stage. The critical moment has not yet arrived. But unfortunately, everything is heading in that direction at the present time. The agglomeration can still be saved. But this is not achieved through frontal assaults, attempts at which have already been made on our side! The enemy has long adapted to this.I send a huge "hello" to those who are wearing down the best units in senseless frontal attacks.
Additionally, there is chaos in command due to the transfer of responsibility zones in this direction from OTU to corps.Because some cannot agree on assigning attached units to corps, cannot agree on specific boundaries of responsibility zones, and on many other bureaucratic matters. And often, attached units are carrying out tasks from the command of two corps.Meanwhile, the enemy is striking at the seams between corps, and both corps rush to "put out the fire" simultaneously. Resources are not infinite, and the occupier eagerly takes advantage of this. This is exactly what happened in the Pokrovsk-Dobropillia direction. The occupier struck at the seam between corps. And now we have these "results."
While everyone was busy dealing with the "DRG" in Pokrovsk (including the military command), operational-tactical problems are emerging northeast of the city. Why did I put DRG in quotes? Because those were (and still are) not DRGs, but small enemy infantry groups that, under the precise support of their drones, successfully infiltrated deep into our lines. And when there are dozens of these small groups, they can crawl 10-15 km in the same manner.Missing them is one thing, but dislodging them from there is blood, sweat, the lives, and the health of our fighters. And the depletion of reserves. So even if that breakthrough at the corps seam toward Dobropillia and Druzhkivka is contained and we manage to push the occupiers back even slightly—know that it comes at the cost of our losses. That’s the situation.
