Yksinkertaisten ratkaisujen tarjoaminen monimutkaisiin ongelmiin on populismia.
No käytetään vielä 2 minuuttia googlailuun: https://www.huntingexperience.ee/geese/geese-hunt-estonia/ mainostaa valkoposkihanhien metsästystä Virossa.
A health minister has warned that the government cannot guarantee access to medical treatment in the remaining 27 countries. The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) tweeted: “European health insurance cards (Ehic) will no longer be valid if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.”
As EU citizens, British travellers are entitled to any medical treatment that cannot wait until they are home with the same rights to healthcare as people insured in the host country.
But many older travellers, or those with pre-existing medical conditions, use the Ehic as a substitute for insurance. The health minister, Stephen Hammond, said in a written answer: “The department recognises that people with some pre-existing conditions rely on the Ehic to be able to travel.”

Conclusion
- Brexit is essentially a coup pulled off at the behest of tax-dodging corporations and misanthropic investors.
- Their only concern for ‘taking back control’ is to rid their own businesses of EU tax laws, financial regulations and employee rights.
- They have been systematically misleading the British public to hate the EU through a constant supply of anti-EU propaganda and lies.
- They are sponsoring their friends and collaborators in the Conservative Party to bring about a no-deal Brexit.
- They are on course to instigate social and economic changes that will turn the UK (or what’s left of it) into an enormous cash cow for their own self-interest.
- They are abusing democracy to create a plutocracy.
Tällä videolla selitetään, miksi brittien poliittinen järjestelmä on täysin romahtanut.
Näin briteistä tulisi siis samanlaisia kuin about kaikki muut Euroopan maat.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...johnson-majority-brexit-commons-a9090356.htmlRebel Tory MP Phillip Lee has dramatically defected to the Liberal Democrats – depriving Boris Johnson of his Commons majority.
The pro-EU former justice minister walked across the Commons chamber, to sit with Jo Swinson’s party, meaning the prime minister now leads a minority government – the first since 1996.
“The party I joined in 1992 is not the party I am leaving today,” said Dr Lee, a supporter of a Final Say referendum on Brexit.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...c-cummings-email-court-scotland-a9089911.htmlBoris Johnson secretly agreed to suspend parliament in mid-August, explosive court documents reveal – nearly two weeks before denying the plan existed.
An email was sent to the prime minister and Dominic Cummings, his chief aide, entitled “Ending The Session”, which says “we should prorogue” from 9 September.
It was revealed in Edinburgh's Court of Session, which is hearing a legal challenge to stop parliament being shut down for five weeks, preventing MPs making any further moves on the Brexit crisis.
Three days before the shock prorogation plan was announced last week, Downing Street strongly denied any such intention to send MPs home.
But the documents disclosed to the court include a hand-written note from Mr Johnson, dated 16 August, arguing “the whole September sessions is a rigmarole”, dismissing its importance.
The prime minister’s words read: “I don't see anything shocking about this decision” to prorogue. The word “yes” is also written on the document.
Valkoposkihanhia tapetaan mm.
Olisikohan kukaan muu aavistellut sellaista?
https://www.theguardian.com/politic...rm-uk-warn-leading-world-business-federationsA group of the world’s leading business organisations, including from the US, Japan and Australia, have warned the UK that a no-deal Brexit would damage its reputation with some of its biggest trading partners.
In an open letter signed by some of the biggest lobby groups in the western world, representing more than 4m companies from eight countries, the organisations said they had “grave concerns” about the rising chance of a no-deal departure on 31 October.
The organisations said such a scenario would “create substantial disruption for businesses, workers, farmers and regulators” in the UK and the countries they were representing.
“Such disruptions are bound to affect jobs, consumer choices, and the cost of goods and services,” the lobby groups wrote.
Coming as political chaos in Westminster over Brexit escalates this week, with less than two months before the article 50 deadline, the letter was signed by the US Chamber of Commerce and leading industrial groups in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Brazil and Egypt.
Supporters of no deal have consistently pushed for the UK to leave the EU in order to embrace new trading relationships elsewhere around the world – in a vision for a “global Britain” that would tap into fast-growing markets, including with firms represented by lobby groups in the letter.
In a blow to their argument, the organisations warned the UK that abruptly reneging on its treaty obligations with the EU “sends concerning signals to others considering bilateral agreements in the future”.
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news...nd-parliament-before-asking-queen-court-hearsBoris Johnson had secretly decided to suspend parliament nearly two weeks before asking the Queen, according to memos from Downing Street read out in court.
The court in Edinburgh heard the first memo was written by Nikki da Costa, the prime minister’s senior legal adviser, on 15 August and spelled out the plan to suspend parliament in the week beginning 9 September.
Her memo was circulated to a very small circle of key figures in Downing Street, including Mark Sedwill, the cabinet secretary, Ed Lister, the prime minister’s chief of staff, and Dominic Cummings, Johnson’s controversial chief adviser.
In public Johnson was then refusing to confirm he planned to do so but he ticked the secret memo and said “yes”, before sending Da Costa a handwritten note the following day, where he criticised the convention where MPs return for several weeks of Commons business after the summer holidays before breaking again for conference season.
He told Da Costa the “whole September session [at Westminster] is a rigmarole introduced to show the public that MPs are earning their crust. I don’t see anything especially shocking about this prorogation.”
This exchange of memos came 12 days before privy counsellors designated by Johnson met the Queen at Balmoral to ask her to prorogue parliament, on the grounds he wanted to present a significant new legislative programme on 14 October.
