Information for the glider meeting on the special operation of the RF Armed Forces
1. The President of Russia brought the quota to large companies and corporations in the direction of willing workers to participate in special operations on the territory of Ukraine. The quota for Russian Railways is 10,000 people.
2. It is necessary to carry out information and explanatory work in teams with male employees about participation in special operations.
3. When identifying railway workers who want to participate in special. operation, the engineer (personnel officer) needs to fill out a list of the established sample and send it to the directorate. Further, this list will be sent to the NOC of the Eastern Railway and through the HP will get to the military registration and enlistment office at the place of residence.
4. Further work will be carried out by the military registration and enlistment offices: call an employee negotiating all the conditions, passing the medical commission, concluding a contract, issuing a certificate for the employer about the concluded contract for military service.
5. There are 2 types of contracts:
- directly to military service (to the front line) for 6 months;
- as a volunteer (to the rear) in the "BARS" detachments for the protection of objects transportation of equipment, etc. for 6 months
6. After submitting a certificate from the military registration and enlistment office to the enterprise of JSC "Russian Railways", the employee, upon personal application, is granted leave without pay with the preservation of his job and is paid from JSC "Russian Railways" a one-time remuneration of 200,000 rubles. He also receives immediately upon signing the contract from the Ministry of Defense 200,000 rubles.
7. Charge payment under the first contract 300,000 rubles. per month + bonuses (150,000 - 180,000 rubles), under the second contract (as a volunteer) - 200,000 rubles per month + bonuses (150,000 - 180,000 rubles).
8. At the end of the contract, the employee leaves the vacation without saving for job and receives a one-time financial assistance in the amount of average monthly salary/tariff.
9. After the end of the contract, the employee receives a certificate "Combatant" with all the benefits due.
9. Information about the social guarantees, support measures and payments in case of injury, injury or death will be communicated today by EASD.
